St. Louis Graffiti Wall

It’s been a while since I’ve ventured around St. Louis! Thankfully that was remedied last weekend when a couple of adventurous buddies and I visited a graffiti wall down by the Gateway Arch. Plenty of talented graffiti artists have made their mark (and unfortunately plenty of non-talents have too) on the mile-long flood wall by the riverfront. Kemper Art Museum (Vault Party)

In all my four years of schooling, I’ve only stepped into the Kemper Art Museum on campus twice. First was when the WǑMEN (我们): CONTEMPORARY CHINESE ART exhibit came along two years ago. More recently, several pieces from the museum’s vault were temporarily on display to the public (hence, vault party). Fun fact I learned from my friend Masha: most museums only display 10% of their entire collection. 10%! Doesn’t that make you feel a little cheated? Better look at them while I can…

I’m just going to “live in the moment” and enjoy my gigantic breakfast burger and play darts with my friends :D. So I didn’t take as many photos as I planned to for a full restaurant post, but here’s a few snaps that bring back good memories:
