Weekly Photo Challenge: Gone, But Not Forgotten

Green Tea Ice Cream at Sundaes and Cones in New York

My love, green tea ice cream.

I cannot tell you how many times I got this particular ice cream flavor from this particular ice cream shop in New York over the summer. Sundaes and Cones inevitably became my destination for a casual walk after dinner, the ice cream shop to introduce to my visiting friends, and my go-to store when I craved, no, needed, green tea flavored ice cream. I probably spent a good chunk of my summer paycheck on this $4.10-a-cone ice cream. I’m gone now, but the smooth, creamy green tea taste will surely not be forgotten.

P.S. Read my NYC Food Adventures if you’re in the city and need a recommendation!

  1. Green tea ice-cream. I wonder why everyone is raving about it. But I’ll admit it – it does look good in your photo! It’s a great shot, so much clarity in it. $4.10 for a single scoop of ice-cream sounds pricey, but from the sounds of it, the ice-creams tastes out of this world 🙂
